Cole Haab was selected to attend the 2023 session of the Mississippi Boys State held at The University of Mississippi.  Cole was awarded a $1000 scholarship for completing  the week long event.

Layton Nowell, Emma Grace Loper, Emily Majors, and Chloe Hillyer were selected to attend the MS Secretary of State Ambassador Program where they participated in sessions to cultivate and expand their leadership skills.

Mrs. Dewberry's 4th grade class had an informative and fun time with their field trip to Wood Magic and Mississippi State University.

The Student Body Association leads the "See You at the Pole" devotion.

K3, K4, and K5 had a blast learning about fire trucks.

The WA Student Body Association and Honor Society members  took goodie bags to the Louisville police officers and fire fighters to show our appreciation and to thank them for all they do.

Seniors AnnCarter Perkins and Chloe Hillyer represented WA while attending the 2023 Trent Lott Leadership Conference at the University of Mississippi.

Dual Credit Biology and Chemistry II classes toured the science department at East Central Community College.

The 7th grade visited the state capitol as guests of Representative Joey Hood.  They were greeted and introduced in both the House and Senate chambers.
