We Are Winston Athletic Foundation

The We Are Winston Athletic Foundation has been established to ensure the continuing support of Winston Academy Athletics. Since the school’s establishment, young men and women have learned more than just x’s and o’s on the courts and fields of Winston; many have gone on to play at higher levels, coach, and support student-athletes from the bleachers. It is the vision of this foundation to set forth an endowment that will continue for years to come. Funds gained through the endowment will be used as needed for athletics at Winston Academy.

 

As a graduate of Winston Academy, we are sure you have fond memories of your time on Richardson Drive. The Friday night football games, the smell of the Rigby Gymnasium, the sound of the crack of the bat at baseball and softball games, and the feel of your feet hitting the track. Winston Academy molded and shaped so many lives and will continue to do so with the help of its esteemed alumni. 

 

Short term goals for the endowment include: remodel and add restrooms to girls’ and boys’ dressing rooms in the gymnasium and upgrade the football dressing room and weight room. The gym facilities have not been remodeled since its establishment. With the caliber of teams visiting our facility each year, not having proper facilities for our visitors and our own student-athletes has become an issue.

 

We have a top-rated educational facility, top-rated students and student-athletes. It is time Winston Academy has top-rated athletic facilities as well.

I authorize We Are Winston Athletics Foundation to deduct the monthly amount I have selected above in support of Winston Academy Athletics starting January 15, 2023, and will continue to auto renew annually unless notified in writing by sending an email to wearewinstonathletics@gmail.com or by sending in writing to We Are Winston Athletics Foundation; 111 Richardson Drive; Louisville, MS 39339. Annual renewal reminders will be sent out via email each year. I understand that funds raised will be used at the discretion of the We Are Winston Athletics Foundation with cooperation of Winston Academy.
